Personal Projects
UWB based hands free locking - Prototype (iOS)

One of my proud accomplishment. This solves a real problem we faced at General Motors where the need was to lock or unlock when the user is within a specific distance without touching the mobile phone.
I build this prototype with my own UWB sensor and build UWB layer on top of BLE layer which acted as a data link layer running on Swift.
With this technology, operations can now be performed based on precise distance of the user from the asset.
This is the foundational step towards building a true hands-free locking mechanism, a magical experience.
Chat App - Prototype (iOS)
This was built in Swift using Cloud Firestore for realtime cloud database and Firebase Store to store assets such as images and videos.
The custom flow layout is built using Compositional Collection Views using diffable data source.

Digital control of Tractor Hydraulics
This is one of my proudest achievement.
In 1999 when I was in India, I wondered why don’t we have autonomous tractors and I thought I would start by automating Tractor ploughing system.
I did not know much about microprocessor and electrical engineering at that time, so I learnt in depth and designed and built a 8085 based motherboard from scratch and wrote assembly language that successfully controlled ploughing systems at a prototype level.
A spin on Android Jetpack technology
How about some machine learning?
Project to illustrate mathematical concepts behind back propagation algorithm for neural networks
